The most common thing to do when you experience any issue with a Solis inverter is go to the alarm message screen.
You do this by:
Press ENTER to open the MENU
Scroll DOWN to "Advanced Information" and press ENTER
Type in the code 0010 (DOWN, DOWN, UP) and press ENTER
Press ENTER on "Alarm Message"
Scroll DOWN to get a few unique alarms and their timestamps
